The Kobe Meat Promotion Council’s DNA identification verification system has conducted an investigation to ensure that genuine Kobe beef and Tajima beef are being sold.

Under the self-management system, designated registered stores are randomly inspected, and inspections have been carried out at our Kawamura Beefsteak Kobe Main Store, Sannomiya Main Store, and Premium Kitashinchi Store since around June.

We are pleased to announce that our products have been certified as “Pass” as Kobe beef that has been properly distributed.
